| 3. | Must have enough employees available to effectively service the marketing campaign and maintain the concept in a very exclusive, high standard. |
| 4. | Must have staff who speak foreign languages and are capable of successfully servicing customers. |

| Sales target and profit expectation: |

• A franchiser shop is expected to acquire between 50 and 400 properties to sell every year.
• Is expected to realize sales of between 3 and 12 units per month.
• To realize rentals of between 20 and 200 in the area and to service them.
• Expected revenue is between 1.2 mil and 15 mil THB per year, with profits ranging between 500.000THB and 6 mil THB.
