Many condominiums in Thailand were built from 1990 to 1996, when interior design and decorations were done according to the Thai standard and focused mainly on rental to tenants. As a result many condominiums today are not of the upscale design and interior decoration to meet today's customer expectations.
D2 Real Estate specializes in decorating condominiums and upgrading them to executive standard in oriental design, or to customer tastes. The upgraded, tastefully decorated condominium in Thailand is usually a very good investment. This is due to the low supply of these properties.
D2 Real Estate upgrading includes a complete renovation from the bare walls and floors using specially chosen, high quality equipment and supplies to a newly-renovated, fully-decorated and equipped apartment.
All furniture, appliances and fixtures, are tastefully selected to ensure a luxurious image while offering living comfort. Some of the materials used in our designs are as follows:

All furniture is imported and of high standard, combined with decorations and curtain in Thai, Asia/Oriental style typically handicraft and produced locally in Thailand. Bigger condominiums are also equipped with Jacuzzi as well as furniture on balconies are delivered in teak wood design.
