           By reservation, a 50% deposit must be made and 50% paid upon arrival, 10,000 thb for minimum deposit.For monthly rent and more, 1 month in advance and 2 months deposit.
For daily and weekly rent, water, electricity and breakfast are included.For monthly rent, water, electricity and breakfast are excluded.Maid service or cleaning can be provided upon request.
Daily: 200 thb or monthly: 4,000 thb for 3 hours daily including laundry.

           Long weekend +250 bath/pax/day
           And for chrismast, New Year and Chinese New Year must pay extra 5,000 Baht
