The partner who wishes to joint partly of the project can be on the following categories:
 
  1.Tour operator
  2.Clear financial investor
  3.Hotel chain
  4.Partner
  5.A leasing company
  6.Retirement or other foundation
  7.Companies that wish to develop their activities
  8.A development construction company
  9.A real-estate foundation
  10.Others from finance or branch business
 
The necceceritet is it will be a singe partner investor, the can despos a cash amount between 2, 5 and 15 mill euro.
 
If a partner will take over the hotel project, is the complete finance of the project op til the investor how to do. Hir it will be to pay a consultant fee of 3% to pay for project, and if investor as consultant during the project period, but limit til 3o mounts. As well as a Real Estate commission to d2 real estate of 1% of the total project volume.
 
If the partner will be a part over, will condition be nin 5% of the project, and the investor has to pay in cash, for its 5% 300.000 euro.
